I chose Edouard Set for my son's wedding in Guérande and everything was perfect. Herve has
been very patient because of the postponement 2 years in a row because of Covid but has always
was present and gave good advice to help the brides in their choice. Everything was really
delicious and magnificent from the cocktail, to the meal, to the dessert, to the "pièce montée" as well as the crepe
party the next day for the return trip. His team was very efficient, helpful and always friendly.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. First, everything is delicious, from the welcome smoothies to the
cocktail parties and workshops, from dinner of course to the mini sausage patties served during
of the ball as well as the barbecue of the return. All our guests were delighted and did not miss
to tell us how much they had enjoyed themselves (which is rare at a wedding, they told us)
notice). Everything is beautiful and well executed, the dishes and table settings are superb.
On top of that, the whole team is absolutely exceptional: the administrative department (thanks
Ophélie and Angèle), the cooks, the waiters and the maitre d'. All are in the image of the chef
Herve Thomazo, he has the teams he deserves 😉 They are all great professionals,
competent, talented, generous, elegant, caring, attentive to everything
with everyone. The service is worthy of a great restaurant. We were told that the bride and groom have
rarely have time to taste the cocktail pieces. We have tasted almost everything thanks to the 2
incredible maitre d's who had the thoughtfulness to regularly bring us a few
