An incredible caterer with 5-star service. An impeccable service, really thank you to you who told us and our guests. The meal was excellent and thanks to Yves, the chef and the 2 waitresses who were adorable. High-quality service, a little extra when you get up in the morning and they've cleaned up absolutely everything. Really nothing to complain about and we'll be calling on you again as soon as possible.

We called on Edouard Set for our wedding in La Turballe. Good communication, very good organization. Excellent service, pleasant, smiling team of cooks and waiters. Excellent quality of the products served (cocktail: the 3 workshops were much appreciated: plancha, sliced ham and brazier!) A special mention to Yves, the Maître d'hôtel, who adapted to our requests and needs, ensuring that our guests and/or bride and groom lacked nothing! Impeccable table service during dinner. A return, perfect with a Breton buffet that seduced the guests! The service came with a certain budget, but lived up to our expectations, and more! We recommend ++, don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed!

We chose Édouard Set to organize our wedding. Ophélie, who is super-responsive and follows the project to the letter, and chef Hervé Thomazo, who understood the spirit we wanted for our wedding dinner right from our first call. The cocktail party was sumptuous, thanks to the workshops we had chosen together (oysters, Iberian ham, the brazier that really made an impact!) The dinner also made a lasting impression on our guests, since we had chosen to make the meal all about sharing, with cocottes served in the center of the table. The mashed potatoes were the talk of the town, as was the fish, excellently cooked! Many thanks for your attentiveness and for translating our ideas onto the plate. Thanks also to Jérémie, our maître d' on D-Day!

Edouard Set organized our wonderful August wedding weekend in sunny Brittany. The food was truly incredible and served to perfection. All our guests were very impressed and said it was the best wedding meal they had ever eaten - we knew it would be! All the food was sublime, but the highlights for us were: first of all, the cake was absolutely spectacular! We weren't expecting a cake of this size and were shocked and amazed: it was wonderful and really pleased everyone! The champagne cascade was also absolutely incredible: so much fun and perfectly placed. The Sunday brunch galettes were also delicious, I'm so glad our guests got to taste the real Brittany! All the staff throughout the weekend were incredible and we really wanted to say a special thank you to Ophélie for organizing everything. We had a slightly unusual timetable for food, drinks and cakes, but everything was timed perfectly and all the special requests we'd been looking for were included. The dairy-free food for the bride was incredible! We also wanted to say a special thank you to Yves who was the best butler! He was always there when we needed him, bringing us canapés, champagne for the waterfall and being absolutely brilliant! We were very impressed, as were our guests. Thank you for organizing such a special weekend for us. We really appreciate it. We are more than satisfied and can't recommend them enough!

I chose Edouard Set for my son's wedding in Guérande and everything was perfect. Herve was very patient because of the postponement 2 years in a row due to Covid, but he was always present and gave good advice to help the brides and grooms in their choice. Everything was truly delicious and magnificent, from the cocktails, to the meal, dessert and pièce montée, as well as the crêpe party the next day on the way home. His team was very efficient, helpful and always friendly. I highly recommend them. Thanks again for everything Herve.

We called on Édouard set for our wedding reception and brunch at La Ferme de Lauvergnac. A huge thank you to Hervé and his team for the presatation that was done. Our guests praised the refined cuisine and helpful, attentive waiters. I'd like to personally thank Jérémy for his dedication and professionalism - he's a GOLDEN butler!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. First of all, everything is delicious, from the welcome smoothies to the cocktails and workshops, from dinner of course to the mini galettes-saucisses served at the ball and the barbecue on the way back. All our guests were delighted, and were quick to tell us how much they had enjoyed themselves (a rare occurrence at a wedding, they remarked). Everything is beautiful and well executed, the dishes and table settings are superb. On top of that, the whole team is absolutely exceptional: the administrative department (thanks Ophélie and Angèle), the cooks, waiters and butlers. They're all just like chef Hervé Thomazo, he has the teams he deserves 😉 They're all great professionals, competent, talented, generous, elegant, caring, attentive to everything and taking great care of everyone. The service is worthy of a great restaurant. We've heard that brides and grooms rarely have time to sample cocktail pieces. We tasted almost everything, thanks to the 2 incredible maîtres d'hôtel who were kind enough to regularly bring us a few pieces on a small plate so that we could enjoy them too. Special thanks go to Jérémie and Nicolas, who ran the reception with masterly skill. We would also like to extend our warmest thanks to David, with whom we worked out the entire wedding plan. Because at Edouard Set, the entire reception is tailor-made with the bride and groom in mind, and every single cocktail item is discussed and modified according to our tastes and history. One of our fondest memories of the preparations was the time we spent with David at La Ville en Pierre, working on the wedding menus. Many thanks to all of them, you're doing an exceptional job. Our only regret is that it's already over.

Thanks to Hervé and his team for their professionalism, from the service to our plates, everything was perfect for our wedding. We had a personalized service and nothing but compliments from our guests who were surprised by the level of quality. Thank you very much for everything. See you soon, I promise.

We used Édouard Set for our wedding in 2015 at the Château du Val. Their service and the meal were excellent, just like at my sister's wedding. All our guests have fond memories of the event. Thanks to Mr. Thomazo for the personal touch on the choux pastries for my sister, for whom he had remembered that she had asked for them with strawberry at her wedding. They privatized the restaurant to us for our son's christening in September 2020. Another excellent meal and impeccable service. Thank you all for your professionalism.
